  1. Great idea! Np plunger needed…ever! Just open the trap door in the floor and…? LOL! Love the post, my friend! Much love and naked hugs! 🙂

    • They are extremely small inside… So we recommend you Rent-To-Own BOTH sides of the duplex and knock out the offending wall. Me and Gunther think the units are very roomy… But we are only 2 & 1/2 feet and 1 & 1/2 feet tall respectively.. Lol..

      • Lol! There is so much going on at Shell Beach… You won’t have time to sleep… What with all of the red tide alerts and the jellyfish attacks… The helicopter patrol that patrols the beach reports at least a dozen shark sightings per day Or as they call them… Shark swarms! Never a dull moment at shell beach! 🙂

      • Lol! It is definitely an adventurer’s paradise! Just this morning, a group of swimmers, We’re feeding, what they thought were porpoises… Boy were they surprised when they found out it was hammerhead sharks!

  2. My kind of place, price is tight, too. Hope my neighbors like to party. Every day’s a clam dig, every night’s a keg party. I do wish I had a window with a screen, though. Leaving that door open for ventilation is pure invite to Mosquito Nation, however, I will have a plentiful bounty of sand crabs for breakfast omlets. 😉
