  1. Well I’ll be a russet! You are one fine French Fry. Nobody can catsup to you. You are definitely a mashed-up marketeer. Did you scallop this idea from an Idahoan, or dig it up yourself? I am fried over your ingenuity. Bake me up and roast me! You are the Spudmeister, planted, peeled and plated with cream gravy.

    • Lol! It’s funny you should say that because this photo is from England! The world’s first potato vending machine! 20 pound bag of potatoes! I thought that was an interesting description since potatoes are probably not sold by the pound in England? Or are they?

      • Yeah, I saw the price (the old symbol for “shillings” – pre 1971) and “Herts” (Hertfordshire, near London) in the photo!
No, potatoes are sold in kg – we switched around 5 years ago (not sure) due to EU decree – it’s now illegal to sell produce only in Imperial measurements (I think advertising both is still okay as long as they’re actually measured out and sold in kg) 🙂

  2. Great slogan to go along with practical business practices – I’m not even going to try and be funny about this – not after reading Coffeegrounded’s comment!!!
